Protective Windows

Laser protective windows are mainly used for laser cutting to prevent debris from splashing and damaging the lens. Laser protective windows coated with high damage threshold (>15J/cm²) anti-reflection coating to reduce reflection are currently widely used in optical cutting, laser marking and other applications.

In recent years, the cost of lenses for fiber laser cutting machines has been high, so laser protection windows are needed to extend the service life of the lenses. Therefore, laser protective windows are common consumables for fiber laser cutting machines. The transmission characteristics of these protective windows directly affect the cutting quality. Using fiber laser protective windows produced by Vnitec can improve the cutting quality and provide comprehensive protection for the machine's lenses.
The substrate of the protection window is usually fused quartz S2, S1, 7980 (from Japan or Germany). We can provide anti-reflection coatings of any wavelength according to customer needs.
